Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when using Whisk AI. It applies to all prompts, reference files, generated outputs, account activity, and any workflow that uses our image generation tools.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Whisk AI to create, request, upload, transform, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, or sexually explicit content
• Sexually suggestive content, including undressing, explicit poses, fetish content, or erotic roleplay visuals
• Content involving minors in any sexualized, suggestive, exploitative, or unsafe context
• Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation, or deceptive identity manipulation
• Content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights
• Illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or harassing content

Prompt and Reference Restrictions

• Do not submit prompts intended to bypass safety controls.
• Do not upload reference images or videos you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to generate content that violates payment processor rules, platform rules, or applicable law.

Enforcement

We may block prompts, suspend generations, remove outputs, limit account access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may also retain limited safety logs needed to investigate abuse, enforce policy, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.
